About the Practitioner

Field of Interest:

Provide consultancy to individuals, government agencies and private enterprises to assess issues and develop appropriate bespoke plans. All work is informed by protective behaviour and restorative practice.

Motivation:

Bronwyn was motivated to become involved with Restorative Practice in 2000 when she saw the injustices of mandatory sentencing on children in the Northern Territory. Bronwyn believes that at the heart of all conflict is injustice, and Universal Protective Behaviours, alongside Restorative Practices, offers safe ways to resolve it.

Brings to the Discussion:

Bronwyn is qualified as both a practitioner and a trainer through her training with the International Institute of Restorative Practice and has 20 years of lived experience as a participant, trainer, practitioner and consultant in Restorative Practice.

Additional Information:

I have a deep passion for helping people resolve conflict and tension. I believe this is possible when facilitators know how to hold safe spaces for people, and understand the psychosocial framework of feeling safe and standing strong.
