About the Organisation

Motivation: 

Conflict Resolution Service has been operating for more than 30 years and continues to support families, workplaces and the community to prevent, manage and resolve conflict. CRS is a nationally accredited mediation service that resolves conflict professionally, competently and compassionately and uses Restorative Practice processes in the provision of these services. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are the leading alternative dispute resolution service in the ACT. Our mission is to provide dispute resolution services to reduce the emotional and financial impact of conflict in our community.

Brings to the Discussion: 

CRS has been established for 30 years and everyone who works in the organisation, no matter what their role, is a qualified mediator. Staff also have qualifications in a wide range of fields including law, social work, education, councilling and social policy.
