Restorative Practices + is a six-week program delivered by Kristy Elliott (B.Ed, MAPP) who has extensive experience in restorative practices and wellbeing science. This unique course combines professional development in the use of restorative approaches in schools and positive psychology to enhance the wellbeing of educators, situated in a group coaching model.

This program acknowledges that when teachers are feeling good and functioning well, this impacts their ability to work positively and restoratively with students and colleagues.  Participants are coached to apply positive psychology tools and strategies to enhance their own wellbeing, and to think about their applicability in the context of their school communities.
