Restorative Practice values relationships and people as vital in schools and communities. It emphasises positive relationships, supportive learning environments, and fair, democratic systems. This approach aims to address and repair harm to individuals and relationships.

Content includes:

  • What it means to have a restorative mindset
  • Neuro-scientific and psychological foundations of restorative approaches
  • Using restorative language, dialogue, & processes to repair harm in a range of settings

This course is suitable for all educators.
